Holloway Li has redesigned the interiors for Gracechurch Street Hotel by Club Quarters, a revival of a former Beaux-Arts bank in London, England.

Holloway Li unveils the reimagined interiors of Gracechurch Street Hotel, a 203-room landmark steeped in history as a 1913 purpose-built bank for HSBC.

As part of Club Quarters' collection of four London hotels, the studio's thoughtful redesign of Gracechurch celebrates the architectural integrity of the original Beaux-Arts structure, while embracing contemporary elements and flair throughout.

As a result, warm hues, reflective materials and modern accents breathe new life into the building.

This project has been longlisted in the hotel and short stay interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
