Scope Architekten has designed SAP Labs Munich, a new campus building in Garching, Germany.

This project is a flexible and future-focused campus building in Garching, Germany, where research, industry and society meet to shape the future of work and digital transformation.

Located at the entrance to Science City, it brings together SAP and the Technical University of Munich in a shared space for research, innovation and collaboration.

The architecture centres around a five-story atrium and features modular, adaptable structures designed for long-term use. Publicly accessible areas like the auditorium, Vital Bar and Experience Zone connect business, academia and society.

In addition, the building reflects sustainable principles and marks a milestone in the partnership between Europe's largest software company and a leading research institution.

This project has been longlisted in the workplace project (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
