CF Møller Architects, in collaboration with ARCO Architecture Company, has designed the Tampere Psychiatric Clinic, a healthcare building designed to support patient healing and staff well-being through nature integration and flexible spaces in Tampere, Finland.

The new psychiatric clinic at Tampere University Hospital is a self-contained extension designed to foster healing and enhance the staff's work environment.

Located adjacent to nature, it balances connection with the main hospital infrastructure with a private, serene atmosphere.

The clinic features a flexible structural concept, offering diverse private, social and public spaces, both indoors and outdoors, to support patients' integration into everyday life.

Inspired by local industrial heritage and surrounding nature, the design creates a modern, locally rooted ambience focused on well-being for all.

This project has been longlisted in the leisure and wellness project category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
