The Clearing is an outdoor education space in Lesnes Abbey Woods, London, commissioned by the London Borough of Bexley.

This project integrates sustainable materials, including a repurposed parachute and reclaimed wood, and features a Corten steel tower and a greenwood workshop.

WonKy's collaborative design approach involved community participation, ensuring the space meets local needs.

The project emphasises sustainability, adaptability and long-term value, aligning with RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge goals.
