PPAA has designed the Vipp Todos Santos guesthouse in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Vipp Todos Santos is a guesthouse built to seamlessly blend with its natural surroundings. Designed with raw rammed earth walls, it anchors itself in the landscape while providing natural thermal regulation.
Its staggered composition – comprising a main house, two guesthouses, a central patio, and a rooftop pool – follows the site's organic topography, balancing openness and privacy.
A material palette of earth, concrete and wood, enriched with locally crafted details like woven Palo de Arco shutters, enhances the sensory experience, creating a refined yet deeply rooted retreat overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
This project has been longlisted in the house rural category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
