Colectivo C733 has designed the Jaguar Park Visitors and Leisure Center, an architectural and urban complex located in Tulum, Mexico.

Built as part of a national development program, Jaguar Park is a large-scale public project in Tulum that protects ecosystems threatened by urban growth.

Designed by Colectivo C733 and led by SEDATU, this project forms a symbolic, porous boundary between the city and the Calakmul Biosphere.

The South Access, closest to Tulum, and INAH Access – which enhances entry to a nearby archaeological park – offer amenities and minimal interventions that define public space.

Using local materials, passive systems and vernacular strategies, this project promotes coexistence between biodiversity, heritage, and community.

This project has been shortlisted in the civic project category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
