Winner: Residential interior (large) of the year 2025. Studio Asaï has designed the interiors for an apartment near the Bois de Boulogne in Paris, France.

This project comprises the renovation of a 320-square-metre apartment, overlooking the woods and the Bois de Boulogne in Paris.

Located on the sixth floor and due to its outstanding position, the apartments offer views over Paris' most iconic monuments, including the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and the canopy of the LVMH Foundation.

This original landscape creates a very specific topography, where this distinct Parisian skyline inspired this project from the very beginning.

Judges comments: "The designers have been very experimental and brave in the way they used colour in this traditional setting. There is harmony but also restraint in the combination of colours, materials and textures. It's an unexpected palette with a sense of British eccentricity, but it still retains a classic Parisian elegance."
