Winner: Bentley Lighthouse Award 2025. London-based design agency practice Morrama is led by designer Jo Barnard.

Alongside brand redesigns and product development, Barnard has written a book exploring how design can prioritise the planet, titled From People to Planet; Lessons from a Design Agency.

Barnard has recently redesigned packaging for the toiletries brand Kankan, as well as a menopausal treatment concept that uses AI to customise pills to help alleviate users' symptoms

Judges comments: "To make meaningful change, sustainability has to be driven by brands – and Jo Barnard challenges her clients to do exactly that. She advocates for circularity, and her work shifts this issue towards the mainstream by creating tangible designs such as refillable products and making them accessible. Together with her team at Morrama, she is putting sustainable choices into the hands of the everyday person by changing consumer mindset through her designs."
