Winner: Restaurant interior of the year 2025. Ste Marie has designed the interiors of Olia, Mimi and Va Caffè, a trio of distinct interconnected hospitality spaces in Edmonton, Canada.

Commissioned by Chef Daniel Costa of Corso 32 Group, Mimi, Olia and Va Caffè are three interconnected yet distinct hospitality venues designed by Ste Marie at the base of Citizen on Jasper, a residential tower in Central Edmonton.

Each space evokes a unique atmosphere – Va Caffè is a vibrant daytime café; Olia is a refined Italian dining experience and Mimi is a cinematic lounge inspired by Italo disco.

Together, they create a cultural destination, akin to a lively boutique hotel lobby, where hospitality, design and community converge.

Judges comments: "This is a beautiful project with a real timeless elegance. There are many different moments and every one has been taken seriously. There's a lot of integrity and it feels like a space that will endure, rather than go out of fashion."
