FGMF has designed Ibira Work in São Paulo, Brazil.
Located near Ibirapuera Park, Ibira Work redefines the post-pandemic corporate environment by integrating nature with architecture.
Utilising a steel structure, the building features expansive spans, hanging planters and metal brises that create a comfortable microclimate.
The design prioritises well-being, offering offices with cross-ventilation, lush landscaping and a secluded lower-level garden.
Rather than a traditional office feel, this project emphasises social interaction through large terraces on every floor and a rooftop with park views.
By blending professional and relaxation spaces, Ibira Work offers a refreshing, sustainable alternative to conventional urban workspaces.
