Marc Koehler Architects has designed Superlofts Peak Noorderplassen in Almere, Netherlands.

Peak Noorderplassen is a Superlofts residential community in Almere developed by Marc Koehler Architects.

Based on the Superlofts concept, this project enables residents to create highly personalised homes tailored to their lifestyles, whether for large families, senior couples, art collectors, entrepreneurs, or households with specific accessibility needs.

The building contains 51 unique loft apartments within a shared community framework that combines private ownership with collective spaces and amenities.

Inspired by the Dutch terp tradition, the sculptural building elevates residents above the landscape, maximising views, daylight, freedom of customisation and connection to water, nature and community.
