Arudeko has designed the Bianni Wool Paper.

Bianni reimagines an ancestral material by uncovering the hidden value of discarded wool from handmade carpet production.

Through Bianni, this wool, sourced from a weaving community in Teotitlán del Valle, Oaxaca, is reclaimed and transformed into a new material that honours the knowledge, craftsmanship and cultural memory embedded in each textile.

At a time when synthetic dyes have displaced traditional practices, Bianni restores the richness of natural dyeing, merging heritage techniques with contemporary exploration to reframe waste as a cultural resource and propose a new material language.
