L'Atelier Senzu has designed Chambre des Notaires in Paris, France.

This project represents a thoughtful transformation of an existing structure, balancing the preservation of Parisian heritage with contemporary architectural interventions.

"Overall, the aim was to maximise utilisation of the existing while holding interventions to a necessary minimum, evolving the profession's historic head office into a space of life and encounter," said L'Atelier Senzu.

Therefore, the renovation is based on the reuse of materials in-situ, improved thermal performance and the creation of open, adaptable spaces that can evolve.

Moreover, the evolution of the courtyard marks the renewal of the Chambre des Notaires, reimagining the Parisian courtyard in a unique way to enable a healthy environment.
