Bulthaup Barcelona has designed the interiors of Espacio M300 in Barcelona, Spain.

Espacio M300 is a non-invasive architectural intervention within a 1930s rationalist building in Barcelona.

Rather than replacing the existing interior, this project works with its accumulated historical layers, including a 1970s renovation defined by sculptural curves.

Demolition is avoided; only two freestanding brick volumes and updated technical systems are introduced to reactivate the space.

By prioritising reuse, material continuity and spatial neutrality, this project creates a flexible environment capable of hosting exhibitions, work and cultural activities.

Espacio M300 demonstrates innovation through restraint, allowing the existing architecture to remain the primary spatial protagonist.
