105 Honor Oak Park transforms a constrained woodland site into a pioneering low-carbon housing community.

Inspired by the nearby Walters Way, six lightweight timber homes are arranged around a mature London Plane tree and connected by a raised boardwalk that preserves the woodland floor below.

Elevated on stilts using Walter Segal construction principles, the scheme minimises site disturbance, protects tree roots and reduces embodied carbon.
