Designed as a social and ecological 'living room', this project weaves four distinctive landscapes throughout the architecture, creating shared outdoor spaces that enhance community life and biodiversity.

With circular material strategies, zero‑emission energy systems and nature‑based water and habitat solutions, Jonas achieves long-term resilience.

More than a building, it serves as a catalyst for sustainable urban living, offering residents and the wider community an accessible, climate‑positive environment.

In doing so, this project was awarded the highest sustainability certification: BREEAM Outstanding.
