B2 Architecture has designed the interiors of the Life Behind the Walls exhibition in Prague, Czech Republic.

Life Behind the Walls is an immersive exhibition exploring North Korea, totalitarianism and the fragile boundary between image and reality.

Conceived with children as equal participants, this project translates the children's book 'Tota lítá' by Nina Špitálníková into a spatial experience of play, discovery and reflection.

A modular maze of timber and semi-transparent textiles leads visitors from light and openness towards darkness, silence and direct encounters with testimonies of North Korean defectors.

Through simple materials and a carefully staged spatial sequence, the exhibition uses architecture as a medium for accessible, emotional and socially engaged storytelling.
