Steve Jensen Design has designed the interiors of the London Coffee Factory in London, United Kingdom.

The London Coffee Factory is the adaptive reuse of a Victorian bottle factory in South London into a fully electric coffee roastery, community hub and civic workspace.

Rather than preserving the building as a static heritage object, this project reactivates it through production, reuse, and participation.

Existing structures were stripped back to reveal the original industrial fabric – while a central 'Dojo' framework made from reclaimed timber organises roasting, cupping, logistics and public gathering.

Electric roasting technology and an electric delivery fleet minimise emissions while reconnecting manufacturing to the city centre.

As a result, this project demonstrates how heritage buildings can become a sustainable future.
