Reims 502 has designed the interiors of Rosadoce in Querétaro, Mexico.

Rosadoce is a flexible commercial building by Reims 502, commissioned as a long-term income-generating real estate asset.

Designed during the COVID-19 pandemic, this project rethinks commercial architecture in response to changing patterns of work, consumption and urban life.

Located near Querétaro's historic centre, in a low-density neighbourhood transitioning from single-family housing to mixed-use, the building acts as an urban catalyst.

Rosadoce can operate as one commercial unit, four independent platforms or 16 smaller modules. Through open plans, exposed construction, passive environmental strategies and an active rooftop, it offers a resilient framework for urban regeneration.
