Foster + Partners has designed the Techo International Airport in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Techo International Airport is Cambodia's primary international airport, located south of Phnom Penh, replacing the former Phnom Penh International Airport in September 2025.

Designed by Foster + Partners, the 2,600-hectare airport's design embodies a strong sense of place, drawing inspiration from one of the oldest civilisations on earth, inspired by its vernacular forms that respond to the tropical climate.

The overall masterplan included plans for a new airport city with a state-of-the-art terminal building at its heart, providing the highest levels of passenger experience and setting new standards for sustainability.
