Conceived as "Worlds within a World", this project offers diverse spatial experiences that are human-focused and adaptable to support a new generation of workspace users.

Universal responded to the evolving needs of workers by integrating multiple modes within each zone, from collaborative hubs to quiet retreats.

These zones are clearly differentiated through contrasting materials and layouts, allowing occupants to choose environments based on mood or task.

The Jellicoe sets a new benchmark for contemporary workspace, providing spaces that are flexible, inclusive, immersive and sustainable.

By rejecting the one-size-fits-all model, this project offers an innovative framework for the future of work and community.
