A team of architects and designers, including Davor Ereš, Igor Pantić, Ivana Najdanović, Sonja Krstić and Peter Laušević, have designed the interiors of the Unraveling: New Spaces exhibition in Venice, Italy.

Unraveling: New Spaces was created for the Serbian Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025.

A kinetic structure of knitted wool segments hung from the ceiling, forming a suspended textile landscape whose density, texture and opacity changed over time.

From opening day, solar-powered motors gradually pulled the threads, allowing the structure to move, deform and slowly unravel over the six-month exhibition.

By the end of the Biennale, the installation had returned to its raw state as yarn.

This project rethought architecture as a temporary, tactile and circular process, shaped through textile knowledge, material experimentation and kinetic control.
