Competition overview
Architecture and design have the power to invoke emotions within a space, but to what degree?
The Museum of Emotions competition offers architecture enthusiasts from around the world the opportunity to explore the limits and potential of design in shaping emotional experiences.
Participants in the Museum of Emotions competition are tasked with designing a museum that evokes two distinct emotional reactions – one positive and one negative.
As the eighth instalment in this ongoing series of silent competitions, participants must communicate their ideas without the use of any text. The architecture itself must do all the talking.
Eligibility and judging criteria
All submissions must not include any text.
As this is an ideas competition, participants are free to choose any site location, real or imaginary, as well as the size of their structure.
How to enter
Designers can get information on entry requirements here.
