Snarkitecture's popup shop for COS in Los Angeles from November 2015

Swedish fashion house COS – a firm favourite with the creative set – has aligned itself closely with the design world over the last few years, presenting installations during Milan Design Week and hiring cutting-edge architects for popups and permanent stores. It even teamed up with Danish design brand Hay earlier this year to launch homeware and outdoor furniture ranges.

In particular, its dramatic collaboration with architect Sou Fujimoto in Milan this year helped propel the brand to second place in our fashion hot list, and number 45 in our overall hot list.
