    Dezeen Music Project: Phantoms by K H U S H I

Here's a brand new track by east London musician K H U S H I, set to be the lead track on the singer/songwriter's forthcoming debut EP.

Phantoms is a slow-burning, wistful pop song packed with lush vocal harmonies and delicate keyboard lines, which builds up masterfully to a driving, rhythmic crescendo.

K H U S H I enlisted the in-demand talents of Alt-J's producer Charlie Andrews to record the track, which suggests his short musical career is very much on an upwards trajectory.

    You can listen to K H U S H I's debut single Magpie here.
