Two lamp by APE Amsterdam for Humble Lights

Designed by APE Amsterdam for Dutch lighting brand Humble Lights, the Two lamp is a dimmable, portable and rechargeable light source that aims to provide a convenient and safe alternative to the intimate glow of a candle.

It can be used as either a task or mood light, and its 10 colours are now joined by two new shades, black and beige.

Two lamp was recently featured on Dezeen Showroom, alongside a range of carpet tiles informed by the natural world and a seld-build sofa that can be personalised by changing its covers.

Shifting Fields carpet tile collection by Kerry Deffley for Shaw Contract

Flooring design company Shaw Contract has released three new carpet tiles that are made from recycled materials and that reference the landscapes found in nature.

The designs that make up Shifting Fields are called Plains, Landing and Landing Edge, and have a stippled texture of greens, greys and neutrals that allows for them to be laid to create gradients across floors in commercial interiors.

Furniture company Cozmo Home has released an eponymous sofa designed in collaboration with design and research practice Raw-Edges.

Cozmo sofa is designed to wear "jackets" over its seat, backrest cushion and scatter pillows, changing its appearance over time to suit changing tastes and interior schemes.

Italian bathroom company Agape collaborated with designer Marco Carini on a pair of bathroom seating pieces made from recycled cork.

Vis-à-vis is a lightweight cylindrical stool with a cut-out crescent, and Rendez-vous takes the form of a long bench suitable for users to recline on.

Spanish tile company Emotion Ceramics has released a collection of ceramic stone-effect tiles that take cues from the film Pulp Fiction.
