Pollution Ranger and Smog Shade installation allows people to access air-quality data and visualise this data in public spaces.

Since 2008, air pollution has become a major issue in China and poses a threat to Chinese public health. The only air-quality data that people can access is government-published data, and the authenticity of it is doubtable. The studio has created an alternative way for the public to access information about the environment.

This project has been longlisted in the installation design project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
