Ell washbasin by Agape among new products on Dezeen Showroom
Dezeen Showroom: a minimalistic sink featuring a shallow basin entirely concealed beneath a grille is among seven new products on Dezeen Showroom.
With a composition made up of two geometric forms, Italian bathroom designer Agape's Ell washbasin subverts the idea of a sink with a traditional deep basin.
The basin is the freestanding version of the brand's Ell sink, which features a similarly flat drainage system.
Ell washbasin was featured on Dezeen Showroom this week, alongside a lamp that references the diameter symbol Φ and a chair take takes visual cues from structural reinforcements.

Nastro System lighting by Studiopepe for Tooy
Tooy and Studiopepe's Nastro collection now includes Nastro System, a flexible lighting system comprising an adaptable aluminium framework with cylindrical supports, which can have optional LED or spotlight elements embedded respectively.
The modular system allows for customisation that can adapt it to flow around the architectural features of a given room.

The seating is available in both high and low-back variations and is upholstered in a fabric of the client's choice.

Bathroom accessory brand Geesa has released a towel rail to join its Opal collection, which features the collection's characteristic circular wall mount detail.
The rail is available in five finish options – chrome, brushed stainless steel, black, brushed gold and brushed metal black.

Fleuron chair by Constance Guisset for Billiani
Constance Guisset made references to wall buttresses in her Fleuron chair for Billiani by employing a structural pad on the rear of the backrest.
The chair is available in stained or lacquered ashwood timber with the option to upholster the seat and backrest in fabric or leather.
OLO Φ lamp by Li, Hui-Lun for Seeddesign
Li, Hui-Lun created this table lamp for Seeddesign which has a composition that references the diameter symbol Φ.
The lamp consists of a circular base with an on and off button that supports its slim frame and adjustable LED light source, which can be rotated 290 degrees.
Spanish brand Cerámica Mayor have released their Lao tiles, Venetian-style flooring with specks of stone inclusions.
The tiles are available in ash, bone and sand in three size options suitable for private homes to public spaces.
