MoreySmith has designed Henrietta House in London, United Kingdom.

This project is the transformation of Henrietta House that came from an ambitious vision of reimagining the 1990s building into a world-class space for CBRE, in collaboration with MoreySmith and Lazari Investments.

Innovative architectural solutions included expanding the building by 40,500sqft over a retail bay, creating space for 2,000 employees and enabling Lazari Investments to refurbish without the need for demolition.

Henrietta House is a shining example of how design-led refurbishment can create exceptional workspaces, using the best of the old to deliver the new with sustainability and people at the heart.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
