Museum of the Future - Journey of the Pioneers is an immersive exhibition in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Atelier Brückner, in collaboration with Marshmallow Laser Feast, Jason Bruges Studios, Galerija 12, Altspace, Framestore, Superflux, Emilie Baltz, Deep Local and Certain Measures amongst others, were responsible for the content, narrative, design, detailing, fabrication, and implementation of the spaces, from initial conception through to completion.
Under the creative direction of Brendan McGetrick, Dubai Future Foundation.

This project is an immersive exhibition showcasing the world in 2071, where visitors are invited to explore three in-world experiences, distributed into three distinct but interconnected chapters.

Starting with OSS Hope, mankind's largest man-made object in space, followed by the Heal Institute, an organisation that has the task of regenerating damaged and endangered ecosystems, to finally conclude with Al-Waha, the wellbeing centre of the future.

Designer Atelier Brückner was responsible for concept, design, detailing, fabrication supervision, as well as the management and implementation with all the media content partners from initial conception through to completion.


This project has been shortlisted in the exhibition design category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
