Space Copenhagen has developed the Cozinha das Flores restaurant and Flôr bar in Porto, Portugal.

Located in the historic Largo São Domingos area of Porto, the Cozinha das Flores restaurant and Flôr bar occupy several interconnected 17th-century buildings that have been restored by Space Copenhagen to maintain many of their original features.

Both venues are part of the Largo, a new hotel concept that subverts the idea of luxury hospitality, conceived by Annassura, a Copenhagen-based travel and hospitality group.

Creating a richly layered design narrative that celebrates local craftsmanship, Space Copenhagen aimed to establish a strong connection between the guests and space by embedding diverse points of reference and content into the experience.

This project has been longlisted in the restaurant and bar interior category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
