Amechi Mandi
London-based product designer Amechi Mandi is the founder of home decor brand Amechi.
Mandi's designs are informed by his heritage spotlighting indigenous Nigerian and Cameroonian textiles and cultures.
His work has been featured in prominent design publications as well as resulted in numerous collaborations, the most recent with East London rug company Floor_Story.
In 2024, Mandi will launch his design studio and a collection of new works, a series of morphological wooden cabinets, with an interplay between tradition and technology.
