Deond has designed the interiors of Enfold, a temporary architectural pavilion showcased during Dubai Design Week 2024 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Enfold is an architectural pavilion installation by Deond for Dubai Design Week 2024, conceived to challenge conventional expectations of material usage and immersive spatial design constructed from corrugated cardboard.
Designed with an emphasis on natural light and atmospheric depth, Enfold's layered skin interacts dynamically with daylight, casting intricate shadows and creating a rhythm of illuminated patterns across the interior.
This nuanced daylight choreography, achieved through computational 3D modelling, enhances the pavilion's ambience, inviting visitors to experience the subtle transitions of light and shadow throughout the day.
This project has been longlisted in the exhibition design (interior) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
