Mat is a revolutionary chair collection that rethinks material innovation in the furniture industry.

Designed by Danish studio Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen for Normann Copenhagen, Mat replaces conventional plastic shell chairs with a more sustainable alternative, using hemp and eelgrass.

The collection is rooted in circular design principles, ensuring minimal environmental impact through a fully recyclable composition and zero-waste production.

With its elegant form, ergonomic comfort and forward-thinking material use, Mat embodies a new era of responsible furniture design without compromising on aesthetics or durability.
