Donna McColm is assistant director, curatorial and audience engagement at the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne, Australia.

She has two decades of experience crossing academic, curatorial and museum education and management roles and her interests centre on the opportunities for museums to foster relationships with their existing and potential audiences through educational and social experiences.

Alongside her work fostering relationships with NGV's audience, McColm is part of a steering group called the International Audience Engagement Network which aims to nurture authentic and cohesive engagement with cultural institutions.
