Adam and Arthur has designed the Ark Cabinet.

The Ark Cabinet is a sculptural, museum-grade credenza that translates the tonal depth of a companion painting into a fully immersive object, realised through 20,000 hand-laid rye straw marquetry elements.

The piece is designed and made in Australia by Adam&Arthur, in collaboration with highly skilled artisans.

The result is a series of custom-machined solid brass hinges that were developed specifically for the project, enabling the cabinet's complex folding geometry and precise movement.
