Occupy Studio has designed the interiors of Rowie HQ in Byron Bay, Australia.

Rowie HQ reimagines a Byron Bay fashion brand's workspace as a warm, home-like environment with a communal kitchen and dining at its core.

The brief called for a workspace that felt welcoming and communal rather than corporate and one that was reflective of Rowie's relaxed identity while supporting collaboration, design, content creation and daily operations.

"A large part of the brief was also the necessity to be in by Christmas, which was really tight considering the project was only commissioned in late October," said Occupy Studio.

Delivered in just under four months, the design maximises natural light through sculptural skylights and a lantern-like meeting room, fostering interaction and adaptability within an industrial shell.
