Goettsch Partners has designed the COFCO Qianhai Innovation Center in Shenzhen, China.

Commissioned by Grandjoy Holdings Group, the COFCO Qianhai Innovation Center in Shenzhen's Qianhai district is a headquarters and multi-tenant office complex composed of two slender-stepped towers.

The design incorporates internal atria, sky terraces and interconnected sky villages that encourage collaboration and community.

Angled curtain wall facades maximise daylight and city views, while pedestrian plazas, elevated bridges and an underground retail network strengthen connectivity with surrounding neighbourhoods.

Emphasising transparency, nature and public access, this project creates a distinctive urban landmark that integrates workplace, retail and social spaces within Shenzhen's rapidly evolving urban environment.
