Studio Ville Auvinen has designed the Mast Shelving System.

Mast is a modular shelving and storage system built around a floor-to-ceiling compression structure.

Shelves, desks and storage elements attach to vertical wooden masts, allowing the system to adapt to different spaces and uses over time.

The construction keeps the structural logic visible and understandable, making assembly, modification and repair straightforward.

Designed for local CNC manufacturing and flat-pack transportation, the Mast system aims to combine long-term usability with efficient production and reduced material waste.

Mast can function as shelving, workspace, a room divider or entrance storage, depending on its configuration.
