PCA-Stream has designed the rehabilitation of La Fondation in Paris, France.

In the heart of Paris's 17th arrondissement, La Fondation carries out the rehabilitation of a former 1960s parking garage and an office building.

This project opts for an ambitious transformation of the existing structure through a programmatic reuse strategy for the concrete mass, adapting it to new uses under a single operator.

By preserving the original structures and integrating a mixed-use approach, including a five-star hotel, spa, rooftop restaurant, offices, and event spaces, PCA-Stream has designed a hybrid building addressing a series of contemporary challenges.
