Corstorphine & Wright has designed The Scoop in London, United Kingdom.

The Scoop transforms and extends an existing office building within London's Union Street Conservation Area through a bold yet contextually sensitive intervention.

Reusing much of the original structure, this project introduces a striking concave facade in white glazed brick, framing views of the neighbouring Grade II-listed Church of Most Precious Blood – while creating a distinctive new identity.

The extension delivers BREEAM Excellent workspace and a rooftop garden overlooking the city skyline.

Balancing heritage, sustainability and architectural expression, The Scoop demonstrates how inventive adaptive reuse can enrich the urban fabric and contribute positively to its cultural surroundings.
