Plantea Estudio has designed Hotel Humano in La Punta Zicatela, Mexico.

Hotel Humano is located in a largely undeveloped coastal area within a youthful atmosphere and a strong surf culture, where its original architectural design was developed by the studio of Jorge Hernández de la Garza.

In addition to its 40 guest rooms, the property features a lobby space, landscaped gardens, a swimming pool and restaurant sheltered beneath a traditional palapa roof, as well as a spa and a rooftop bar terrace and sunset-facing pool.

Plantea joined the project in late 2023 to lead the interior design, a role that ultimately resulted in significant contributions to the planned architectural scheme.
