Chater Paul Jordan

Chater is awards and events manager at Dezeen, where he oversees the running of Dezeen Awards as well as Dezeen's wider awards and events initiatives.

He joined Dezeen in 2022 from the London School of Architecture. Prior to this, he worked as a freelance researcher and writer, collaborating with institutions such as the University of Liverpool, Royal Institute of British Architects, and the University of Cambridge.

Chater holds a first-class degree in history of art from Christ's College, University of Cambridge, where he specialised in decolonial and postcolonial visual culture.
