Shortlisted for large workspace interior of the year at Dezeen Awards 2019, Expensify Portland Office by ZGF Architects transformed the interior of a century-old bank in Portland, Oregon into the new Expensify headquarters.

The design team partnered with Expensify to create an interior that reflects the tech company’s signature “choose-your-own-adventure” work setting. Every space in the four-story atrium functions as the workplace. The office doesn’t feature traditional workstations or assigned seating, allowing employees to choose where to sit.
