Shortlisted for housing project of the year at Dezeen Awards 2019, LC 710 by Taller Hector Barroso features warm-hued concrete walls inside and out.

The caramel-coloured LC710 housing project is located in a central residential area. Measuring 960 square metres, the complex comprises six housing units with varying floor plans but similar characteristics. The building extends its limits to exterior spaces through courtyards, balconies and terraces.
