Designed by Francesca Perani Enterprise, Mini Living is a micro-apartment development based in Italy.
The micro-apartment of 25 square-metres has been designed for a local couple of Italian and Persian origin. The design is characterised by a minimal and multifunctional cabin.
In addition to restoring the 1950s open-porch, the south facade has been folded with a perforated metal grid, which in turn defines a triangular garden.
The garden includes references to ancient Persian arches and sun shadings, which were adopted as a functional response to the need for privacy.
