Benjamin Hall Design has created a new housing complex in Arizona, comprised of two identical white concrete volumes.
The housing complex has been designed to encourage higher-density, micro-multifamily living.
It has been scientifically proven that good health is linked to our connection to the outside, and this project brings nature into the interior of each residential unit.
White Stone Flats shows that being connected to the outdoors doesn't need to be compromised by high-density or micro-housing living.
This project has been longlisted in the housing project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
