In the Gràcia district of Barcelona, the attic of a building is refurbished to convert it into a home.

The flat has a terrace that is almost as big as the inside. This generates a strong polarisation between inside and outside and gives the flat a dual character. The duality between the two halves is answered in two ways: the materiality and the inside-outside transition.

This project has been longlisted in the house interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
