Renovation and Interior Design for the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation
by Kaminsky Arkitektur

Walls and windows recycled from demounted office rooms.

Kaminsky Arkitektur has designed the renovation and interior design for the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation in Stockholm, Sweden.

This project is the renovation and interior design of The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (Naturskyddsföreningens) headquarters.

The design consolidates and facilitates Naturskyddsföreningens ethos and practice whilst simultaneously improving the interaction between employees. The atrium lounge at the crux offers a space for shared functions, seminars, informal meetings, or collaborations between colleagues.

The end result reflects both Naturskyddsföreningens' and Kaminsky Arkitektur's passion for sustainability and circular design.

The reuse and upcycling of existing furniture and building materials have been key to the project. In fact, 100% of the furniture was reused and upcycled for the 150 on-site employees.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
