Semba Corporation has designed the Semba Good Ethical Office in Tokyo, Japan.

This project is the renovation of the Semba head office into a "Good Ethical Office" that is friendly to the earth, people and society.

"Under the themes of 'Hackable Design' and 'Ethical Design', we designed the office to create new value by utilising existing resources through a resource-recycling renovation process," said Semba Corporation.

The new office, completed after reconsidering the future of the local community and natural environment, functions not only as a hub office but also as a place to appeal to the "Ethical Design" promoted by Semba, both internally and externally.

This project has been shortlisted in the sustainable interior category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
